H-Index is the first product in the H-Series, a family of on-chain primitives built on Hedera by XR Utilities.

The agentic economy needs a discovery layer that's verifiable, spam-free, and not dependent on any single operator's longevity. Free registries get flooded. Centralized ones disappear. H-Index uses paid registration plus on-chain anchoring to solve both.
